It was seeing Ridge Forrester out of a suit!
Thorsten Kaye who plays Ridge Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful was spotted wearing a leather jacket with black tees and black jeans this week. Ridge certainly has a hold on the women particularly; Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor (Krista Allen) and we’re sure his taste in fashion is one of the reasons. Ridge’s Jacket is the Leather Biker Jacket by Banana Republic.
Banana Republic is a clothing and accessories retailer owned by The Gap. It was founded in 1978 by Mel and Patricia Ziegler, who originally called the company “Banana Republic Travel & Safari Clothing Company”. Gap bought the firm in 1983, changed the name to “Banana Republic,” and rebranded the stores to give them a more premium appearance. Nicole Wiesmann, the current VP of design, has re-envisioned the company with ad editorial campaigns that suggest far higher-end luxury labels like Loro Piana, as well as clothing that have been positively likened to Ralph Lauren, The Row, and Burberry.
