Monique Mosee: A Career Spanning Over 30 Years
Mosee brings over three decades of experience in the entertainment industry to the role. She’s not just an actress. She’s also a Billboard-charting singer, a NAFCA Award nominee, and a well-rounded performer who has worked across multiple platforms.
Her journey includes performing with jazz bands in Philadelphia during her college years, while also studying classical music and jazz ensemble. On top of that, she wrote songs for artists connected to the iconic duo Gamble and Huff.
On the stage, she’s held several leading roles in Philadelphia theater productions. From there, she transitioned into television and film, picking up co-star and guest roles on major networks like NBC, CBS, FX, OWN, Disney+, Hulu, and Paramount Network.
Her screen credits include appearances on NCIS: Los Angeles and Love, Victor, along with both supporting and lead roles in film and television.
More Than Just Acting
Outside of being on screen, Mosee has also made a name for herself as a talent coach. She previously worked with Plaza 7 Talent and more recently spent four years as a talent director and coach at a major Los Angeles-based school for acting, modeling, and singing.
She has since created her own coaching program, built on her years of hands-on experience in the industry.
And her talents don’t stop there. Mosee is a trained vocalist with an impressive range, spanning from tenor to soprano.
She’s also worked as a commercial and print model, voiceover artist, and makeup artist. Beyond that, she brings experience in fitness coaching, sailing, dancing, hosting, and more.
