39 years ago, The Bold and the Beautiful premiered, and the soap world hasn’t been the same since. To celebrate the milestone, the show hosted a special on-set event at Sunset Las Palmas Studios, bringing together cast and crew for a big anniversary moment.
But the celebration didn’t stop there. The CBS daytime drama also dropped some major news. Fans can now stream thousands of episodes in one place thanks to the launch of Bold and Beautiful TV, also known as BBTV.
BBTV Brings 9,000+ Episodes to Fans
The new subscription app gives viewers access to more than 9,000 episodes across 37 seasons. It’s essentially a full vault of B&B history, all in one place.
And it’s not just full episodes. The platform also includes:
- On-location shoots
- Guest star appearances
- Episodes organized by season
- Behind-the-scenes clips
- Iconic weddings and proposals
- Classic fashion shows and more.
For longtime fans, it’s a huge deal. And now that the vault is officially open, many are hoping other soaps will follow suit, especially when it comes to bringing back classic or even canceled shows in a similar format.
Stars Turn Out for the Big Celebration
The on-set celebration brought out a long list of familiar faces. Among those in attendance were John McCook (Eric), Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke), Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge), and Don Diamont (Bill).
They were joined by Heather Tom (Katie), Jennifer Gareis (Donna), Scott Clifton (Liam), Annika Noelle (Hope), Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter), Harrison Cone (Deke), Christian Weissmann (Remy), Brayan Nicoletti (RJ), Crew Morrow (Will), Sydney Bullock (Dylan), Laneya Grace (Electra), Rebecca Budig (Taylor), and Delon de Metz (Zende). Even Lisa Yamada (ex-Luna) was present, and other show executives and crew members.
