Christopher Cousins has been cast as “Alan Laurent,” a psychiatrist and friend of Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) from her time in Paris. He will appear in multiple episodes beginning on Tuesday, April 30.
Who Is Christopher Cousins?
Christopher Maher Cousins, who was born on September 27, 1960, in New York City and raised in Oklahoma, is an American actor. He has been acting on television since 1986. He is probably best known for playing conman Cain Rogan on One Life to Live. Cousins also played Dr. Kirk on General Hospital. Other soap gigs include Greg Houston on Another World and Colin Crowley on As the World Turns.
Outside of that, he played Ted Beneke in thirteen episodes of the AMC series Breaking Bad between 2009 and 2021. In 2013 and 2014, he played Victor Doyle in seven episodes of the NBC series Revolution.

In his biography on IMDB, it states, “Christopher Cousins has carved a career by portraying outstanding, diverse characters. This talented, theatrically trained actor has an intriguing, dark and captivating screen presence. When he is not acting, Christopher Cousins donates his time to several community organizations. These include The Carter Center on Hunger Relief and Housing, The Southern Poverty Law Center, Human Rights Watch, and the Actor’s Fund. In his spare time, he paints, fences, reads, and enjoys doing crosswords.
