Days of Our Lives Spoilers April 3: Owen Faces the Heat

Shawn Turns Belle Down

Shawn (Brandon Beemer) is recovering after getting shot in a shootout, and he has some big decisions to make. Of course, Belle (Martha Madison) wants to be there for him.

After all, he is the father of their child, and it makes sense that she would want to help him through his recovery. But Jada (Elia Cantu) also wants Shawn to move in, which puts him in a tough spot.

He may already be leaning in one direction. Spoilers suggest that Belle is hurt when Shawn turns down her offer, so that says a lot about where his head is at right now.

Apologies and Confrontations Across Salem

Elsewhere, Steve (Stephen Nichols) has an apology to offer, and Jeremy (Michael Roark) is on the receiving end. Jeremy has been hearing a lot of apologies lately after it came out that he had nothing to do with stalking Stephanie (Abigail Klein) or kidnapping her, as many believed. Steve knows he was wrong, and he owns up to it.

But that is not all Steve is dealing with. He also comes face-to-face with Owen (Wes Ramsey), and he will not be the only one.

Stephanie finally confronts Owen after being rescued, and she is bound to have a lot to say.

After everything he put her through, it is not going to be a calm conversation. She is still trying to recover from that nightmare, and it is clear the road ahead will not be easy.

JJ Struggles While Leo Turns to Writing

Days spoilers for April 3 also reveal that Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) encourages JJ (Casey Moss) to seek help. JJ recently quit his job at the Salem PD because he feels like he cannot handle it anymore. He is carrying a lot of guilt and blames himself for Shawn getting shot.

Julie understands where he is coming from, but she also believes he needs support and cannot deal with this on his own.

Meanwhile, Leo (Greg Rikaart) pours his heartbreak into his writing. After everything that happened with Javi (Al Calderon), he has plenty to process. As a writer by profession, putting his feelings on the page may be the only way he knows how to deal with it right now.
