Rafe Gives Gabi Bad News
Coming up, Rafe (Galen Gering) has some tough news to deliver to his sister. He sits down with Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and tells her something that is sure to hit hard. Could it be about Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews)? He was one of the people kidnapped in the DiMera family crypt, and while he is thankfully back, he is still in the hospital. Whatever Rafe shares, it is not going to be easy for Gabi to hear.
Holiday Moments
Meanwhile, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) share a quiet, perfect send-off to Christmas. As for their daughter Stephanie (Abigail Klein), she gets a moment alone with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson). We know her dad has moved in, keeping a watchful eye to make sure she is safe. But with him busy with Kayla, we guess that gives Stalex some much-needed alone time.
Marlena Finds Comfort with Roman
Elsewhere, Marlena (Deidre Hall) finds comfort with Roman (Josh Taylor) as she faces Christmas without John. The holidays without her husband are never going to be easy, especially with so many years of memories and history behind them. He is the love of her life, and a love like that does not fade overnight. Getting through the holidays without him may never truly get easier.
Days spoilers for December 29 also tease that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) spend Christmas with Kate (Lauren Koslow). Sometimes, those simple family moments are what the holidays are really all about.
