Salem Prepares for Stefano DiMera’s Memorial

It is a big day in Salem as those who loved and even hated Stefano DiMera prepare for his memorial. And let’s be honest, many hated him and with good reason. Stefano was not exactly a people person. Still, there were those who truly loved him despite his many flaws and his often dastardly ways.

With that said, emotions are bound to run high as the DiMera family gathers to honor their complicated patriarch.

Family Tensions at the DiMera Mansion

Chanel (Raven Bowens) is expected to caution her husband before he heads over to the DiMera mansion to meet with the rest of the family. From the looks of it, things will not be smooth for Johnny (Carson Boatman). In fact, he may end up clashing with his father.

Speaking of EJ (Dan Feuerriegel), he may also find himself at odds with Kristen. She has been very vocal about her feelings toward her brother, and those feelings have not exactly been positive.

Chad (Billy Flynn) steps in and asks both Kristen and EJ to play nice on this day as they honor their father. Whether they can actually do that is another story.

Emotional Moments and Unexpected Requests

Days spoilers for February 6 also reveal that Abe (James Reynolds) is taken aback by a request from Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews). What could Theo possibly want that leaves Abe so stunned?

Meanwhile, a moment shared between Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Roman (Josh Taylor) upsets Kate (Lauren Koslow). This is an emotional time for many, including Marlena, who has a long and painful history with Stefano. Not all of those memories are good, especially considering what Stefano put her beloved John through.

Roman offers Marlena his support, and when the two share a moment, Kate clearly does not like it. But is it concern, or is jealousy creeping in?
