Gwen and Xander Heat Things Up as Eli Shares Big News

Coming up on Days of Our Lives, the promo video kicks off with Gwen and Xander in a very close setting. Sparks are clearly flying there.

Meanwhile, we move over to Eli as he shares some surprising but very welcome news with Julie. He tells her that he and the family are finally moving back home to Salem.

Julie is overjoyed, and it is no surprise. She loves her family, and hearing that Eli, Lani, and the kids are coming back could not come at a better time.

Chad Makes a Big Move as Salem Erupts in Drama

Elsewhere, Chad has news of his own. In the town square, he reveals to Cat that he will be taking the kids to Arizona.

Then things turn heated. Jeremy and Alex are at odds and appear ready to have a very intense confrontation. Deadly stares are exchanged, and it turns into a full-blown war of words. But will it turn physical?

Also in the town square, Dimitri is in for a major shock while talking with Leo when Rafe Hernandez suddenly shows up and places him under arrest.

Rafe later tells Eli that if Stefan is indeed dead, then as his last widow, Gabi stands to inherit a massive fortune.

And closing out the promo is Dr. Rolf, who reveals the final instructions Stefano DiMera gave him. His mission is to give EJ his ring, and you know EJ is going to be stunned.
