Coming up on Days of Our Lives, the promo video kicks off with Gwen (Emily O’Brien) having a tense conversation with Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton).
She points out that he managed to bring “the brats” back to life. Naturally, that raises eyebrows. Who exactly is Gwen talking about?
EJ Returns to Shocking News
Meanwhile, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) is back in Salem after his trip out of town, only to be met by Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).
Rafe has an update, and it’s not the kind anyone wants to hear. The mystery of the bones found in the DiMera family crypt has finally been solved.
EJ is stunned when Rafe reveals the truth. The remains belong to Stefano DiMera. The confirmation hits hard and raises even more questions about what this means for the DiMera family moving forward.
Steve’s Plan Hits a Major Snag
Elsewhere, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) puts a plan into motion to lure Stephanie’s (Abigail Klein) stalker out of hiding. It sounds solid, at least on paper. What Steve doesn’t realize is that the so-called gift from “EJ” is bugged.
That means the stalker hears every word. Every move. Every step of the plan. Oops indeed.
Rafe Drops a Bomb on Abe
Rafe also has a serious conversation with Abe (James Reynolds). He shows him a photo of Liam (Hank Northrop) and delivers a shocking revelation.
The man Abe has been tutoring may have helped kidnap his son. It’s the kind of news that stops you cold and changes everything in an instant.
Gwen Makes a Chilling Phone Call
And just when things couldn’t get more unsettling, Gwen places a phone call. To Vivian (Louise Sorel), perhaps? She asks a pointed question, “Do you still hate the von Leuschners as much as you used to?”
The voice on the other end doesn’t hesitate. “More.”
That single word says it all, and trouble is clearly on the way.
