The hearing is already spiraling, and Judge Dabney (Karole Foreman) is not having it. Not after Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) lied and committed perjury right in her courtroom.

In fact, the judge is ready to throw the book at her and is considering the maximum penalty.

Kristen, clearly shaken, starts second-guessing everything. She even goes as far as demanding that the judge send her to prison immediately. And knowing Kristen, once she digs in, she doesn’t back down easily.

Belle Fights for Rachel

Meanwhile, Belle (Martha Madison) came into this hearing with one goal, and she’s sticking to it. She’s doing everything she can to stop charges from being filed against Rachel (Lorelei Olivia Mote).

But will it work? That’s still up in the air.

Elsewhere, Marlena (Deidre Hall) and EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) find themselves on the same page for once. Both of them want the hearing to go as smoothly as possible.

At the end of the day, this situation involves family. And even EJ might not be willing to let things go too far.

Big Decisions and Emotional Moments

Outside the courtroom, other stories are picking up steam. Jada (Elia Cantu) asks Shawn (Brandon Beemer) to move in with her. After everything he’s been through, especially getting shot, this could be the right move. So, will he say yes?

And in another emotional moment, JJ (Casey Moss) opens up to Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews). The recent shootout shook a lot of people, and Theo is there to listen when JJ needs it most.
