General Hospital Spoilers January 6: The Stand, the Truth, the Fallout

Here’s what’s coming up on General Hospital for Tuesday, January 6, 2026. From a vow to a testimony, the next episode promises major twists. Fans can expect Tracy to make a vow while Carly and Valentin fashion a new plan. Soap Opera News has the GH spoilers below!

Next on GH: More Courtroom Drama

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is pulling strategy after strategy in that courtroom, and it’s impressive to watch. One by one, she’s exposing the lies surrounding the possible shooters in Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) case.

Michael’s (Rory Gibson) alibi completely fell apart right there on the stand when Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) revealed that on the night Drew was shot, he was actually with Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Oops.

That’s a problem, because Jacinda was supposed to be Michael’s alibi. Now Michael’s lie has been fully exposed, and Jacinda will have to take the stand and tell the truth.

Of course, that’s bound to cause some serious fallout. Michael himself is also set to testify, but the real question is how that will go. Will it be damage control or full-on chaos? We’ll have to wait and see.

Things don’t get any simpler with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), who is set to testify as well. We already know the gun used to shoot Drew was found in her house, in the room Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) had been staying in, so that testimony could impact everything.

Crossing Lines

Elsewhere, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) seems ready to pack up and leave, which has Carly (Laura Wright) asking questions. Still, the two of them are cooking up a new plan. Valentin knows that even if there are lines Brennan (Chris McKenna) won’t cross, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) definitely will.

According to GH spoilers for January 6, 2026, Lulu (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Nathan (Ryan Paevey) grow worried when Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) is nowhere to be found. Lulu later confronts her daughter over her actions, and Tracy (Jane Elliot) makes a vow that could shake things up even more.

A lot is unfolding at once, and Port Charles is clearly heading straight into stormy territory.
