- Jordi Vilasuso has joined the cast in a top-secret role. The Emmy Award–winning actor is well known for his work on Guiding Light, Days of Our Lives, All My Children, and, most recently, The Young and the Restless. His debut is slated for 2026.
- Ernestine Johnson is also getting more screen time as Shanice Johnson. This week, her friendship with Ted takes an unexpected turn that could change things moving forward.

- Alice Halsey receives more airtime as Rachel Black.
- Tina Huang makes her return as Melinda, and it looks like she’ll be striking a deal with Belle before long.
- Bryan Dattilo will be seen again as Lucas Horton.
- Leann Hunley is finally back as Anna DiMera, reuniting with Tony in scenes longtime fans will love.
- Thaao Penghlis gets increased airtime as Tony DiMera.
- After a two-year absence, Peter Porte makes his triumphant return as Dimitri von Leuschner. His return kicks off on January 2, 2026.
- Stacy Haiduk is once again pulling double duty onscreen, appearing as both Kristen DiMera and Susan Banks.

- Cosette Abinante is set for more airtime as Scout Cain.
- Paige Herschell returns as Jacinda Bracken.
- Nazneen Contractor will also be seen more as Justine Turner.
- Parry Shen is slated for more scenes as Brad Cooper.
- Kirsten Storms shared an update on her health and also teased that fans may see her back in Port Charles soon. The actress previously stepped away from General Hospital after relocating from Los Angeles to Nashville and had been expected to return in early 2026.

- Catherine Kresge will be popping back in as double agent Annie.

- And Ray Wise drops in again as Ian Ward, who’s clearly not done haunting Mariah anytime soon.
