The case against Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) has been thrown out, which means he is a free man. That also means he is free to roam the streets of Genoa City again and cause as much chaos as he is known for.
Of course, news like this has Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) on edge. It seems like every time they get a little peace and calm, something comes their way. And this time it comes in the form of their worst enemy.
Instead of sitting back and waiting for the fallout, Sharon and Nick make a decision to turn the tables on Matt. The question is whether they can actually execute that plan.
Matt is not someone who is easy to outmaneuver. If they are going to take him down, they are going to have to stay one step ahead. That is never easy when it comes to someone like him.
Victor Moves To Protect His Family
Meanwhile, with this shocking development, Victor (Eric Braeden) works to neutralize the threat to his family. And you can bet he is going to do everything in his power to keep them safe.
Matt’s case being thrown out is not news Victor was expecting. But when it comes to family, Victor does whatever he has to do to protect them. So we can only assume he will not sit quietly while Matt walks free.
Y&R spoilers for February 25 also tease that Devon (Bryton James) holds Cane accountable for his actions. Cane (Billy Flynn) may want to pass the blame, but Devon is not having it.
Everything that has transpired is Cane’s fault. He could have taken a different route from the start, but now he has really upended things. And it does not look like Devon is about to let him off the hook anytime soon.
