Victor (Eric Braeden) always stays one step ahead, and this time is no different. Lily (Christel Khalil) is back in town, and he’s already pulled her into his latest move against Cane (Billy Flynn).
He’s reportedly made her a promise, too. Once everything falls into place, he’ll hand Chancellor over to her and Devon (Bryton James).
But let’s be honest. Victor promising something and actually following through are two very different things.
