When Victor comes home, he apparently keeps Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) in the dark about his time away. That alone is suspicious.
What was he really up to?
Victor is not the type to disappear without a purpose. If he is hiding something from Nikki, it has to be big. Is he plotting to reclaim what he believes is rightfully his, or setting up a move no one sees coming?
One thing is certain. A quiet Victor is usually the most dangerous kind.
Nate and Victoria Grow Closer
Meanwhile, Nate (Sean Dominic) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) share a warm moment. The two have been growing closer, almost like old times.
Victoria trusts him enough to open up and share family secrets. And that can only mean one thing. She feels safe with him.
But are they really headed for a reunion?
Nate’s last relationship did not work out the way he envisioned, and Victoria is still mourning the loss of Cole. Are either of them truly ready for something serious? Or are they just finding comfort in familiarity?
Sometimes comfort can turn into something more.
Daniel Reaches His Breaking Point With Phyllis
In what might be the most interesting tidbit from Tuesday’s episode, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) cuts ties with Phyllis.
Daniel has clearly had enough of his mom’s behavior. Phyllis rarely apologizes for her actions, even when she is wrong. And Daniel is not the type to stay silent when he sees something spiraling out of control.
But will he really cut his mother off for good?
Phyllis has a way of pulling people back in, especially her children. Still, this time feels different. Daniel sounds serious, and that could change everything.
