Days Of Our Lives Recap: Brady Almost Busts Theresa

Days Recap Today

Theresa is in the park trying to throw away the hoodie that she wore when she kidnapped Victoria when Tate and Brady come up behind her. Brady teases her about things being so hard that she’s rummaging in the trash but she covers and says that she dropped her phone while throwing her coffee cup away. Brady tells her that he wants to talk to her about Tate going back to school and they start to argue so Tate puts his earbuds in so he can’t hear them. Alex comes along before it gets too heated and Brady leaves with Tate. Teresa thanks Alex for saving her once again and they go to find a Christmas tree for their apartment.

Stefan is on the phone with Clyde in the Square and he’s arguing with him angrily because Clyde is trying to change their deal and demand more from him and Ava. Stefan backs down when Clyde threatens Gabi again and after he hangs up the phone, Stefan yells angrily. After Stefan is gone, Tate and Brady come to the Square to eat. 

Tate gets upset when Brady is complaining about Theresa and Brady promises to stop. Tate tells him that Theresa doesn’t want him to go back to boarding school and admits that he doesn’t want to go either. Brady is confused because he thought Tate liked the school but Tate tells him that he wants to stay in Salem. They atlk about it and Brady figures out that it’s because of Tate‘s feelings for Holly. He gives him his credit card to use to take Holly on a date and after Brady leaves, Tate calls Holly and leaves her a message.

Alex and Theresa get home with the Christmas tree and she’s surprised to find out that he doesn’t have any ornaments. She tells them that they can string popcorn and talks about Christmases when she was growing up. Alex tells her about his family’s Christmas traditions and when he mentions Justin, Theresa kisses him passionately to distract him and they make love on the floor in front of the tree.

Ava is frantically working in the Bistro preparing for their reopening tonight. Harris asks if there’s anything he can do to help and she thanks him but tells him that she has it under control. Harris wonders if she’s OK because she seems on edge. She tells him that she’s fine, she just really needs everything to go perfectly tonight. They are kissing goodbye when Stefan comes in and Harris wishes them luck with the reopening before leaving. 

After he is gone, Stefan tells Ava that Clyde has upped his demands and ordered that they actually run the drugs out of the restaurant. They are both furious and neither of them wants to do it. They argue about it and in the heat of the moment, Ava calls Stefan Jake. Stefan makes it clear to her that he is nothing like his brother and Ava believes him. Ava wonders if maybe Clyde is just bluffing, but then a delivery man arrives with what he says are cases of canned tomatoes From Clyde Weston. Ava and Stefan realize they have no choice but to do what Clyde tells them to.
