General Hospital Recap March 15, 2024: Today on GH – Heather gets medical information. Diane has a proposal for Alexis. Kevin reveals something to Marshall about his diagnosis. Josslyn tries to stop Dex from leaving. Nina humiliates Gregory.

General Hospital GH Recap March 15, 2024

Portia makes a call, and a nurse shows up with some files, so Stella hops on the call. Curtis figures out that this doctor is elusive. Stella assures that they’ll hunt him down and eventually locate him. Then she sends Curtis off to PT while Marshall goes with him.

Stella gets a call back and is obviously stunned by whatever is said on the other end of the line. Later, Stella approaches Kevin asking him about having a patient named Paul Braddock.

Getting Answers!

During PT, Curtis and Marshall chat about finding that doc and what Marshall’s going to do when they see him. Marshall talks about how Dr. Braddock was all nice at first. He tells Curtis about when Dr. Braddock checked him out and gave him pills. His mouth was as dry as a bone and they even gave him shock treatments. Marshall was so ticked off about it.

In comes Stella, and Curtis asks if she was able to locate Dr. Braddock. She’s got good news and bad news—she found out that the doctor passed away before Christmas. She also tells them that the answer they’ve been looking for isn’t hiding in Baltimore, but it’s right upstairs in this hospital.

Marshall, Curtis, and Stella go to see Kevin and chat about Dr. Braddock and his misdiagnosis. Marshall really wants some answers, and Kevin tells him he thinks he was misdiagnosed because he was young and black.

Finn and Gregory are having a chat when Portia shows up out of the blue, because she just got the results from Heather Webber’s MRI. She note that there was something in the report, and of course Gregory makes a swift exit.

General Hospital GH Recap March 15, 2024

At the Invader, Nina goes up to Alexis and confronts her about putting out that follow-up piece in the paper about what went down at the docks. Sonny knows she is running the paper, and the last thing she wants is to antagonize him. Alexis tells her to quit or maybe she should just run the paper herself and stop antagonizing her.

Gregory shows up with his article and Nina just grabs it from him for quality control. Gregory tells her what the article is about, and then Nina goes off about all the mistakes in it. Alexis steps in, covers for Gregory, and kicks Nina out.

A Diagnosis!

Robert and Diane are strolling the hospital halls when Portia shows up and says he’s the exact person she wants to see. Kevin and Laura are with Heather as Kevin grills her. She says she’s having a hard time focusing because every time she looks at him, all she sees is his brother.

All meeting in the hall, they want Heather transferred , but Portia insists that while she wants to be rid of Heather, she’s not going anywhere.

With her condition and all, Portia thinks there’s no way Heather can be released. So, it turns out Laura is Heather Webber’s proxy, and it totally shocks Laura. Dr. Enoch mentions that Heather’s MRI indicates signs of cobalt poisoning from her deteriorating hip replacement, and he wants to order more tests.

The doc asks if Heather’s behavior has been all over the place for years. He says they need to replace the hip that’s causing all this trouble as soon as possible. Portia warns that if they don’t treat Heather, the hospital could end up in hot water.

They break the news to Heather that she’s got Metalepsis, and it’s messing with her head, and they need to replace her hip. Some patients have a rough time after surgeries.

Heather asks to talk to Laura alone for a sec, and she confesses that she’s finding it tough to make a decision, so she wants Laura to make it for her. Laura advises her that it’s a personal choice. Heather asks for her help, and Laura tells her she thinks she should go for it.

Heather wonders what is wrong with her and Laura tells her there is still time for her to get it right.

Gregory goes back to GH and asks Finn to type up his latest article. He explains that he has decided that this is going to be his last article, the newspaper gig is not for him.

Gregory and Finn finish proofreading and sending the article. Finn invites Gregory to lunch but Gregory wants to get him and have a nap before Violet gets home. They say their goodbyes and Gregory leaves.

A Proposal!

Meanwhile, Diane’s all up in Alexis’s face about this article in the newspaper. Alexis says she didn’t write it. Alexis adds that there’s this new boss who forced a gossip writer on me. She notes that the only good thing is that they can’t talk about Sonny.

Diane guesses Nina’s not all bad then. But then Alexis is all rebellious, saying she won’t play by Nina’s rules. She’s even ready to ditch this nasty job for free just to escape it. That’s when Diane says she has a proposition to help Alexis break free from the job and Nina for good.

Diane suggests that she should come work with her. Alexis reminds her about getting disbarred, so she’s not allowed to practice law anymore. Diane suggests she could try to get it overturned.

General Hospital GH Recap March 15, 2024

Dex is packing away and wants Joss’ help but she is not willing to let him leave. Then they kiss and head to the bedroom. After, Dex admits he wishes he could stay in bed all day but he has to finish packing. Joss is shocked that he’s still leaving, but Dex says he has to because he doesn’t know Sonny as well as he thought.

Joss wants to go with him but Dex tells her that her family is too important to her. She agrees but she notes that she loves him and if it is Sonny he is worried about, she can protect him. She proposes talking to her mom and let her mom talk to Sonny. Then there’s a knock at the door, and it’s Nina. “Looking for more backs to stab. Sorry, I’m fresh out,” Joss remarks.

Nina Stirs the Pot!

Nina asks if Dex is around. Then Joss jumps in and calls out Dex. Nina starts babbling about how she’s gonna tell Sonny that she had no clue about the article, because she’s only been running the paper for a short time. Joss asks Dex if he’s ever seen Sonny reading the paper, but he says no.

Then Joss reassures Nina she’s off the hook and tries to close the door. But nope, Nina spots the suitcases and starts quizzing Dex about where he’s off to and if it’s for Sonny. Joss shuts her down, saying it’s not her business. Then Nina figures out that Dex broke up with Sonny and she tells Joss that she is next. She drops the bomb that she caught Dex dressed as an orderly coming out of Cyrus’s room.
