The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of November 2–6, 2026, reveal that much is happening in Genoa City! A new doctor is on the scene, and we have got the spoiler photos to prove it. Nikki is Vibrante
First up, Nikki is loving being in charge at Vibrante, not to mention playing the proud mom to Victoria. Naturally, Nikki thrives on a good rivalry, so setting the stage for a competition with Diane is right up her alley. But when she crosses paths with Kyle—who is fresh off an out-of-town trip around the same time as her daughter—you have to wonder if her detective instincts will kick in. Can Nikki put two and two together before anyone else catches on?
A New Doctor and New Drama?
Meanwhile, over at the hospital, there is a brand-new face! He might be new to us as viewers, but he clearly is not new to Nate or Stephanie. We are speaking of none other than Dr. Andrew Bishop, played by Fareed Ward. Could he become an issue for Nate and Stephanie, who are far more than just colleagues?
Spoilers for the week tell us that Stephanie finds her authority being questioned at the hospital. She is the Chief of Staff, so who dares challenge her? Could it be Dr. Bishop putting pressure on her?
As for her beau, Nate has a run-in with his ex. Look for Nate and Audra to cross paths in the GCAC foyer, but will this encounter be any different than their past clashes?
Diane Hosts a Reunion
Over at Crimson Lights, the men seem normally dressed in standard suits, but the ladies are rocking bold new hairdos and striking fashion statements that we do not normally see on them. Even Diane, the host of the reunion event, is clearly making a grand statement!
