You may know her for her role as Sami Brady on Days of Our Lives, as a host of The Biggest Loser, or from the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film series Murder, She Baked.
Benard and Sweeney talked about how she got into acting and the importance of asking for help. Benard reveals that what really touched him was when she started talking about body image. He mentions that he got truly angry with those unnecessary and unkind comments she received.
