Former soap star, Gil Rogers has passed away at the age of 87 on March 2, 2021.

His daughter, Amanda shared the news of his passing:

up at clubs at 2AM in our teens to keep us safe, and drank bourbon with me every day since moving out here 2 years ago. He was welcoming and kind, funny and gregarious, a shameless flirt and a fierce protector. He loved his dinners with grandkids and endured animated movies and discussions about pokemon. Rogers was known for his role as Lt. Marlowe on Another World, Dr. Martin Brandt on The Doctors, Ray Garner on All My Children and Hawk Shayne on Guiding Light. We send our condolences to his family!
