Amelia Heinle (Victoria Newman, The Young and the Restless) is among the many celebrities who have lost their homes due to the wildfires in LA. Per her co-star and onscreen dad, Eric Braeden (Victor Newman), who lost his home in the Palisades fire, “she lost her home as well! The extent of this disaster is unimaginable.”
Braeden, the Y&R vet, is no longer on X (formerly Twitter) but now communicates with his fans via Bluesky, where he talked about the devastating loss of his home. He mentioned that he was grateful to have his granddaughter home for Christmas before their home of 45 years burned down last week. “Maybe it was the last time, but it was wonderful! When I first saw 45 years of building a life turned to ash and smoldering beams, I almost bucked!” he said.
