Not long after making her debut, the actress already managed to snag Performer of the Week. Now, she’s turning heads all over again on Beyond the Gates with a fashion moment fans definitely noticed.
Fairley stepped onto the scene in full black as Deanna McBride made her grand entrance at the 2026 Cotillion to announce Platinum Deb. The second she appeared onscreen, it was hard to look away.
Because of that jaw-dropping moment, Fairley and her alter ego Deanna have been chosen as the Soap Opera News Look of the Week for May 18 through May 22.

What really made the outfit work was how effortlessly Fairley carried it.
While the room was filled with girls in white dresses and men in classic black-and-white looks, Fairley’s Deanna McBride went in a completely different direction, and it paid off beautifully.
Deanna stunned in a sleeveless black crop top featuring a sheer lace overlay and a chic mock neckline that instantly drew attention. She paired the top with a structured ballgown skirt that flowed dramatically across the floor and featured a sky-high leg slit that added just the right amount of edge.
The details did not stop there, either.
She completed the ensemble with sheer black opera gloves, a textured matching clutch, and simple black ankle-strap heels that tied the entire look together. Every piece felt intentional.
Then came the glam.
With her hair styled in a voluminous, edgy updo and paired with dark smoky makeup, the overall vibe screamed rock-star royalty. It was bold, glamorous, and impossible to ignore.
