Ryan’s Hope actor Michael Levin, who portrayed Jack Fenelli, the fiery ace reporter with a golden heart, has died. Levin passed away on January 6th at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, New York, at the age of 90. Jason Levin, Michael’s son, informed The Hollywood Reporter of his father’s passing.
Throughout his acting career, Levin made more appearances on soap operas, including Dr. Tim Gould on All My Children and John Eldridge on As the World Turns. Michael made three Broadway theater appearances in the 1970s: Garrett Morris in Sam Shepard’s Operation Sidewinder with Al Pacino, Colleen Dewhurst in Bertolt Brecht’s The Good Woman of Setzuan with Al Pacino.
Levin is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, sons Jason and Aaron, and grandchildren Veronica and Nico.
