The Bold and the Beautiful’s Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) is set to star in a new holiday movie titled The Christmas Dance!



She will star alongside Richard Karn (Home Improvement), and actor/musician Master P. Lang will play Mary in the debut feature from Michael Arcell, who serves as writer and director. Arcell posted a lovely note of gratitude for the opportunity on social media. You can read that below:


Happy to formally announce that I am directing my first feature film. I was given an opportunity to write a film that I will direct, produce, and act in. It has been a very long road (for me). It’s coming up on 6 years of FAITHFULNESS to the vision GOD gave me. Long nights, road trips, 72 hour “days”, my family has had to sacrifice, ive had to sacrifice, sleeping in cars, driving from San Diego to Riverside to LA daily, constantly having to HUMBLE myself, making huge mistakes and doing things that I feel should’ve been got me in the door, and finally I am here!!! The people that know, know…. I’m excited, eager, proud of myself, and grateful to all the people that are behind me in this. Thank you @masterp for taking a chance on a hardworking dude w zero experience, thank you @romeomiller for befriending me and showing me a lot of what this industry has to offer and teaching me some of the ins and outs. Thank you #KOCreative you are and have been HUGE for me in this process. Thank you @samuelboutros for taking what you call not a risk because you believe in this lil black boy from #Chicago. Thank you to my #Family you are everything to me and there is no way I’m even on this path without you. Thank you @aprilmwilliams2 you’ve inspired me since the day I met you. Thank you @davebrownusa and @indienightff you gave me an opportunity to grow and make mistakes. Thank you @reganhillyer I learned a lot from your training and mindset. Thank you @1804_films I appreciate your knowledge through this process. Thank you @legionofcreatives @areyoulegion for allowing us to use your space to get be great. And most importantly thank you JESUS/GOD you’ve been speaking to me since I was a child. Thank you for whatever it is that you put in me to make the fighter that I am. Thank you for guiding me and constantly forgiving me, thank you for clearing my mind and letting me realize the vision even when nobody else can see and when they all think I’m crazy. Jesus Christ (we love you GOD) Now it’s time for me to get to work and prove myself.
