The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for May 19, 2023:
In today’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Liam decides it’s time to have a talk with Thomas face-to-face. Thomas overhears something upsetting.
Wyatt suggests to Liam they approach Hope with a business idea. Wyatt offers to do it. He asks his brother if he can trust the situation with Thomas. Liam notes how happy he was when Hope walked through the door after her trip to San Francisco. Liam says Hope has never been this passionate but he thinks she is overcompensating. He decides to take a run and go confront Thomas.
Liam visits Thomas and congratulates him on his success with the line. Liam still struggles to believe Thomas has changed. He asks Thomas to put himself in his shoes. Thomas promises Liam that he has nothing at all to worry about.
A model (played by Julana Dizon) tries a design by Thomas. Hope is a little sidetracked by their previous events. Brooke approaches, listens, and observes through a crack in the door while Thomas and Hope work together. Brooke enters and announces her presence. Thomas departs. Brooke inquires about Hope’s thoughts. Brooke makes a reference to herself before asking Hope whether she has feelings for Thomas. Hope defends Thomas, pointing out that he has changed. She goes on the defensive, emphasizing her faith in Thomas. She becomes upset and admits her actual feelings for Thomas. Thomas stands outside the door listening as Hope refers to him as manipulative. She begs her mother to leave her alone so she can think. When Thomas enters, Hope apologizes for what he overheard.
Monday, Wyatt convinces Liam to make the next romantic move with Hope and more.
