B&B Recap February 1, 2024: Today on The Bold and the Beautiful – Steffy is blindsided by the news that Thomas proposed to Hope. Luna attempts to mediate a war of words between Zende and R.J. Thomas and Hope make passionate love.

Thomas and Hope make passionate love. Afterward, Thomas tells her that it was mind-blowing, and she confesses she’s never felt this way before. She doesn’t know what it is, but she just can’t get enough of him. Thomas says he’s never experienced anything like this before; her intensity, her passion – she just keeps surprising him. Hope thinks he brings it out in her. It’s like something wild, unrestrained; he has a spark that ignites all of her desires. Thomas tells her that she can trust him with her heart because he cherishes it and will never hurt it. He then suggests that she could take the ring off her necklace and put it on her finger, as he pleads with her to become his wife.
Steffy Is Blindsided
At the office, Steffy and Finn are all lovey-dovey and kiss. She’s all curious about her grandad’s condition, and Finn tells her they’ll find out his prognosis soon. Then Ridge pops in, feeling super grateful to Finn for saving his old man. He then spills the beans about some something involving Hope and Thomas. They freak out a bit, thinking it’s bad news, but Ridge explains that it’s not exactly bad, just unexpected. Turns out, Thomas proposed to Hope. Finn is happy that Hope is taking her time, but Steffy’s stressing about Thomas backsliding if Hope leaves him hanging. As they go back and forth, Ridge reminds them of all the drama he and Brooke went through.

Zende suggests that their grandad hook RJ up with the beach house by cutting him a huge bonus. Luna’s not feeling the drama, but Zende won’t budge insisting that there is no rivalry. RJ wonders why Zende’s always on his case. Zende calls him a little prince, implying he’s had it easy. He notes that he has been doing this design thing for years and RJ is just a newbie at it. RJ reassures him, saying he’s not gonna be overlooked. Then he tells Zende he will check out the designs in the morning because him and Luna have plans. Once Zende’s gone, RJ’s all about Luna, as they kiss and get ready for a perfect romantic evening.
