Best-Dressed Stars of the Week: Days’ Raven Bowens & GH’s Asher Antonyzyn

Two Daytime stars get the spotlight this week as we wish heartfelt congratulations to both Raven Bowens (Chanel, Days of Our Lives) and Asher Antonyzyn (Danny, General Hospital) for being the Best-Dressed Stars of the Week!

 

 

 

 

In the words of celebrity stylist Law Roach, they did what needed to be done for their respective shows Halloween week.

 

 

 

 

On Days of Our Lives, Raven Bowens dawned a classic slasher robe and undead monstrous mask. While the costume was just such, the knife she wielded in Holly’s (Ashley Puzemis) terrifying nightmare was far from fake.

 

 

 

 

Raven Bowens shines with extreme beauty even while performing the most extreme acts in the subconscious of a lovelorn teen. While the costume is gruesome, Raven’s hair and makeup are on point just as ever with a perfect middle part loosey pulled backward to avoid the caking of her victim’s blood.

 

 

 

 

General Hospital’s “teen scene” hit the streets of Port Charles for trick-or-treating as unchaperoned as they possibly could be. Amongst the foursome was Asher Antonyzyn’s Danny Morgan in head-to-toe steampunk attire.

 

 

 

 

In what could be considered a steampunk costume in the same vein as Willy Wonka, newcomer Antonyzyn stood out amongst his peers not only for the intricate costume design but also for the perfectly matched browns and tans from top hat to boots.

 

 

 

 

Much like Bowens, attention to detail was put into not only the costume elements but hair styling as well. Antonyzn’s sandy brown controlled chaos could barely be contained by the top hat, yet offered a dynamic layer to the outfit that would have suffered without.
