The tornado may have passed, but the emotional fallout is just beginning on Beyond the Gates.
While many residents were left injured and shaken by the storm, Dani (Karla Mosley) found herself trapped in a situation that could have lasting consequences. Now, she’s forced to deal with the guilt that comes from a moment she can never take back.
Like many residents of Fairmont Crest, Dani found herself trapped during the tornado.
The difference is that she wasn’t alone.
Dani was stuck inside an elevator with her ex-husband, Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett), and as viewers know, that’s rarely a recipe for good decisions.
At first, Dani was focused on finding a way out. However, one failed rescue attempt landed her right in Bill’s arms. Before long, old feelings resurfaced, and the former couple gave in to temptation.
Now that the storm has passed, Dani is left battling a guilty conscience.
