Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is totally caught off guard when she finds out that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) proposed to Hope (Annika Noelle). Just like Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Steffy thinks this couple might not be ready for such a big step. She’s been worried that Hope is just using her brother, and now that she knows about the proposal, she’s probably even more concerned.
