Donna Urges Katie
Donna (Jennifer Gareis) has been doing her best to be a supportive sister lately, and she is genuinely happy for Katie’s (Heather Tom) recent successes. However, that support hits a major wall when Katie reveals her vision for the future of her fashion house. Donna sees Katie’s plan as a huge red flag and starts urging her sister to rethink her strategy.
Donna’s main concern is that Katie needs to put family before business. There is already plenty of tension between Katie and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Donna is terrified that a move like hiring Hope (Annika Noelle) at Logan could be the final straw that destroys their family bond for good.
Hope and Liam Cliché Over Forrester Creations
Speaking of Hope, she is facing some pressure. In the upcoming episode, Liam (Scott Clifton) expresses his concern that Hope is second-guessing her own future.
Hope is determined to stick it out at Forrester Creations to see what life has to offer her there, but Liam thinks she should just walk away.
In fact, if Liam had his way, he would probably make the decision for her.
However, Hope isn’t ready to jump ship just yet. She feels she needs to see if she actually has a “Hope for the Future”—pun intended—at the company before she makes such a life-changing choice.
Brooke’s Impossible Request to Ridge
The drama moves to the executive suite as Brooke makes Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) an offer he can’t refuse. With some heavy nudging from her daughter, Brooke has decided that she belongs at the very top of the company, right alongside her husband.
Brooke is setting her sights on the Co-CEO chair, but she might be forgetting that being someone’s wife doesn’t automatically grant you a seat in the boardroom.
By demanding this promotion, she puts Ridge in an impossible position. He now has to choose between his professional judgment and keeping the peace in his marriage. Something that could affect Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in a big way.
