Is Hope Ready to Walk Away?
It goes without saying that Hope (Annika Noelle) is incredibly frustrated right now.
At this point, she feels completely overlooked at Forrester Creations. And after Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) turned down Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) request to become co-CEO, Hope no longer wants her future hanging in Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) hands.
The problem is simple: she does not trust Steffy to do what is best for her.
Instead, Hope is convinced Steffy’s decisions are personal, no matter how much Steffy insists otherwise. That leaves Hope’s entire future at Forrester hanging in the balance.
While the characters may not know it yet, viewers already know Hope received a major offer to join her aunt Katie (Heather Tom) at Logan.
Part of Hope clearly wants to accept it. Still, she is struggling with the idea of simply walking away from Hope for the Future and everything she has built at Forrester Creations.
That is not an easy thing to give up.
At the same time, Brooke not becoming co-CEO may end up being the final push Hope needs to finally walk away for good. Without Brooke in a stronger position at the company, Hope may feel like she has even less protection against Steffy’s influence.
Will Puts His Heart on the Line
Meanwhile, B&B spoilers for May 22 also tease that Will (Crew Morrow) is ready to put his heart on the line for Electra (Laneya Grace).
He loves her, and despite everything that happened, he has not fully given up on their relationship. In fact, Will would love nothing more than for them to pick up where they left off.
Especially now that they both know the truth.
It turns out Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) was the one interfering in their relationship all along, which changes the entire situation. But just because the truth is finally out does not automatically mean Electra is ready to move forward.
Will Electra be ready to open her heart again and imagine a future with Will? Or has too much damage already been done?
