The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) for September 9 is all about one question: Will Ridge Really Leave Taylor? What was supposed to be a special day turns into something else. Ridge is being pulled in two directions, leaving both Taylor and Brooke on edge.
B&B Spoilers Sept 9: Taylor’s Disappointment
Taylor (Rebecca Budig) had everything planned for her special moment with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). She was genuinely looking forward to saying “I do” again.
After all, they share decades of history — not to mention beautiful children and even grandchildren. But deep down, Taylor’s biggest fear was that Ridge would somehow, some way, end up back in the arms of his longtime ex and her eternal rival, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
And now… that fear is becoming reality.
Taylor pulls out all the stops — the tears, the heartfelt reminders of everything they’ve been through together and apart, the love they’ve shared for so long. But as emotional as it is, even that might not be enough. Their love, as strong as it once was, might not survive what’s happening now.
Because underneath it all, Ridge is torn. Yes, he loves Taylor. Yes, he’s engaged to her. But there’s also what happened in Italy… with Brooke. Something changed. And now, he’s leaning in her direction — again. He wants his Logan again. He wants that “destiny” again.
Ridge’s Ultimate Choice
Ridge promised Brooke he’d make things right. And maybe, this moment with Taylor… is part of keeping that promise. But for Taylor, it’s devastating. She pleads with Ridge to open his eyes, to see that Brooke — and even Eric (John McCook) — are influencing him. But Ridge is convinced: this is his decision.
So, with that said, is he truly ready to walk away from Taylor, knowing full well the heartbreak it will cause, just to reunite with Brooke?
