Liam (Scott Clifton) is fighting for his life, and the doctors are doing everything they can to save him. His loved ones are gathered at the hospital—waiting, hoping, and praying for a miracle. Everyone is desperate for good news, and the tension is unbearable.
Bill (Don Diamont) is there too, clearly on edge. While some are blaming him for helping Luna (Lisa Yamada) get a full pardon—giving her the freedom to walk the streets of L.A. again, which ultimately led to Liam getting shot—he’s just been hit with another major blow.

In a shocking moment, Hope (Annika Noelle) couldn’t hold back any longer and dropped a devastating bombshell right there in the hospital. Bill’s son has been battling cancer, and it’s far worse than anyone imagined. He has an inoperable brain tumor. Now, Hope and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are left trying to process what life will look like for their daughters without their father.
