The Bold and the Beautiful Recap for Today, December 26, 2023:
What happened today on The Bold and the Beautiful: Brooke and Ridge worry about Eric’s future. Steffy demands Hope tell her if she truly loves Thomas.
B&B Recap Today
Steffy expresses her gratitude towards Finn at the hospital, thanking him for saving her grandfather’s life. She admits to being terrified of losing her grandfather, but now that he’s off the ventilator and recovering, she feels relieved. Finn agrees but reminds her that Eric has a long road ahead of him. Steffy acknowledges this and praises Finn for his efforts. She kisses him and wishes they were at home so she could show him how much she appreciates him.
Finn tells Steffy that he has to go home at some point. Steffy notes that he has no idea how much his actions have meant to her and her family. She confesses that she has never wanted to make love to someone as much as she does to Finn at this moment. Steffy is grateful that Eric is recovering because the thought of losing him was unbearable. She adds that she was opposed to Ridge’s decision to take Eric off life support and is glad that Eric came back.
Steffy expresses her concern for her brother, Thomas, and tells Finn that she’s glad Hope has been there for him. Finn is surprised to hear this because he thought Steffy didn’t like Thomas and Hope’s relationship. Steffy confirms that she doesn’t, but acknowledges that her brother is in love with Hope. She also acknowledges that it’s possible that Hope may not return Thomas’ feelings due to his past behavior.
Finn reminds Steffy that Thomas was responsible for Beth being taken away from Hope. Steffy agrees but points out that Thomas was going through a difficult time then. She worries that Hope’s casual attitude towards Thomas’ feelings might trigger him back to his old ways. Finn receives a message and has to get back to work. “Thank you for being my little miracle worker; what would my family do without you,” she says. He tells her, “You never have to find out.”
B&B Recap Today
At Forrester Creations, Hope and Thomas discuss Eric’s improving health. Hope believes he is fighting his way back to them, while Thomas notes how difficult it would be to go through the holidays without Eric. Hope feels that they can finally start to breathe again.
Thomas expresses his gratitude for Hope’s support and presence, saying he doesn’t know where he’d be without her. Despite the challenges ahead, Hope is confident that Eric will beat them head-on and come out stronger. Thomas is thankful that the family was able to convince Ridge to hold off on pulling the plug. He is also grateful to Finn for working behind the scenes to save Eric and hopes his grandfather makes a full recovery. Hope agrees, saying she has always respected Finn and that they should all be grateful to have him in their lives.
Thomas expresses his love and gratitude towards Hope, just as Steffy arrives at Forrester Creations. Steffy shares how grateful she is to Hope but worries about what is really going on between the two. She tells Hope not to lead her brother on and give him the truth.
B&B Recap Today
Ridge and Brooke are discussing the Christmas miracle and how Eric’s return was unexpected. Brooke tells Ridge that they should have never doubted Eric’s ability to recover. She encourages Ridge to stay positive and reminds him that anything is possible now that Eric is back, and they have Finn to thank for that.
Ridge is worried that his father will hate him if he comes back and cannot do all the things he loves. Ridge reflects on the events that happened at the hospital and how terrible it was not knowing if Eric was going to be able to breathe on his own again. However, Eric heard Stephanie’s bible verse and managed to recover. Brooke is confident that Eric is happy to be back. Ridge notes that Eic is the kindest man he knows, and he always believed in their love and their destiny. He thanks Brooke for always being his rock and even through her own pain.
