B&B Recap September 23: Will Breaks Electra’s Heart

Today on The Bold and the Beautiful, September 23: Will confesses everything to Electra. Meanwhile, Katie gives Luna a firm reminder, and Deacon questions Sheila. Read on as Soap Opera News recaps what happened.

B&B Recap September 23: Will Confesses to Electra

Electra asks Will if something happened at the party. He admits, yeah, something did, and as much as he tried to push it out of his mind, she deserves to know.

At first, she thinks it’s about him getting drunk. She brushes it off, saying she’s okay with it. “It’s not like anything bad happened, right?” she asks.

Will explains that the night of the party, he should’ve just gotten a ride share and gone home. If he had, none of this would’ve happened.

Electra is confused. “What is ‘this’? What happened?”

Will informs her that he did something after the party. Something he wishes he could take back. On top of that, he hopes she can forgive him.

The Confession

Electra tells Will he’s freaking her out. She begs him to just say whatever it is and get it out of the way.

Will takes a breath and starts explaining. He says he usually knows how to handle his drinks, but that night got out of hand. Deacon had to step in and take him upstairs.

Electra listens, steady but anxious. She says she would’ve done the same thing if she had been there.

He wishes she had never left. Because if she had stayed, everything would’ve been different.

Electra looks at Will, confused. She asks what he means. As far as she knew, he was in good hands with Deacon.

Will agrees; he was. But he tells her he passed out for a bit. The problem is, he doesn’t remember much after that.

Electra isn’t buying that completely. She points out that he does remember something. There’s clearly something he’s holding onto. Something he’s trying to say.

He says he doesn’t want to tell her, but he has to. Then he drops it—someone came into the room. She assumes he means Deacon again.

But he says no, it wasn’t Deacon. Someone came in… wearing her mask from the party.

Electra freezes. It wasn’t her. She starts putting it together—someone else came in, pretending to be her.

“Will, what happened?” she asks.

Electra wonders if it was possible it was just someone pulling a prank. She even wonders if it was Zende or an intern. However, Will drops the bombshell that it was another girl who crawled into bed with him.

Ecletra gets emotional as she knows that he slept with another girl he night before they finally did it.

Katie Worries About Luna’s Next Move

Meanwhile, over at the Spencer estate, Katie is worried Luna might bolt. Bill tells her that’s not going to happen. He promises not to flip their son’s life upside down. Katie isn’t so sure—she says it already has.

Katie notes that Will is finally telling Electra the truth.

Bill doesn’t hold back; he thinks Will is making a mistake by telling Electra. He agrees she deserves to know eventually, but not now. Not if there’s still a chance they can make the problem go away. He insists that the fewer people who know about Luna, the better.

Katie agrees, at least in theory. She knows the truth could blow up Will’s relationship, but she also knows her son. Will’s a good guy. He can’t lie to her.

“To who? Electra?” Luna chimes in.

They Remind that Will Wants Electra

They turn, and there’s Luna, standing in the doorway. She’s calm, and even a little relieved. She’s glad Will is telling the truth.

Luna worries that once Electra finds out the truth, she won’t be able to accept it.

Bill tries to keep things light, saying Electra’s a sweet girl. Katie adds, “Unlike you.” But Luna isn’t having it. She tells them not to assume they know anything about her. She believes she has something amazing to offer Will.

They’re quick to remind her; Electra is the girl their son wants to be with.

Luna says she’s not naive. She knows Will and Electra are building something. She’s seen it, and she’s not pretending it isn’t real.

But she also thinks their bond is a lot weaker now, especially with her carrying Will’s child.

She stands firm. Nothing and no one is going to change that.

Bill demands that she leave their son alone and walk away. He promises she will never be a mom to a Spencer.

Luna starts talking about how she is going to fit into Will’s life. She is going to be the best mother and wife. Katie tells her that if she thinks she is going to marry her, that will never happen.

B&B Recap September 23: Deacon Questions Sheila

At Il Giardino, Sheila sips her drink and drifts into thought. She’s replaying her conversation with Luna, the one where Luna gushed about having the “best night of her life” with Will.

Then another memory creeps in: Li telling her that Luna is pregnant. “So she’s keeping it?” Deacon walks in and startles her. He’s mid-sentence, talking about some client and a pizza order gone wrong. But he stops short when he sees Sheila’s face. He knows she’s got something rattling around in that head of hers and wants to know what it is.

Sheila brushes it off, chalking her mood up to the usual chaos at the restaurant. Deacon isn’t fully buying it. He even starts to wonder if something’s wrong between them.

Sheila says no, it’s not about that. It’s about her grandkid. She wishes she could be more involved now.

Deacon picks up on the shift. He asks why now—did something happen?

Sheila says no, nothing happened. She just wants to be part of his life.

Deacon nods, but his words are sharp. He tells her Luna is safe, too. Safely underground, he says.
