The Barash household just got a little bigger. Brandon Barash, whom soap fans know and love for his work on General Hospital and Days of Our Lives, shared some happy news with his followers.
Taking to Instagram, the actor and singer announced that he and his wife, Isabella Barash, just welcomed their son, Sebastian Antonio Barash.
To mark the special announcement, Barash shared a carousel of pictures taken since the young one’s birth. He captioned it, “The heart is indeed a muscle, and boy, can it stretch. We welcomed our newest addition Sebastian Antonio Barash (Antonio after Isa’s dad) on 6.5.26.”
He continued, “Lil Seba, I vow to love you with undying ferocity and without condition. As for our new family of five, we have all already evolved for the better as we rise like the lotus through the muck of sleepless nights, soul-tingling baby whimpers, and yes, poopy diapers. These babies teach us a clinic on love…all we need to do is saddle up, be still, and take em in. @isa_barash you’re my hero. Thank you for the gift of your love. House is full, hearts fuller.”
Brandon Barash: A Love Story
Brandon married Isabella on December 17, 2022, in a Great Gatsby-inspired ceremony at the North Ranch Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California.
The couple originally met when Isabella was a teacher at Barash’s daughter’s school, and later got engaged in December 2021.
Fast forward a bit: Joaquin Lee Barash, his second child and first son, was born in September 2023. This is his first child with Isa.
Barash is also father to Harper Rose Barash, his eldest child, born in January 2014 to Barash and his former General Hospital co-star, Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones).
The Baby Announcement
As some of you may already know, it was back in March that Brandon and his wife announced they were expecting.
At the time, the couple shared in a joint Instagram post, “I heard the news today, OH BOY!!! Well — we heard the news months ago, you heard it today. Family pictures are about to look a lil different…and A LOT more love to go around. Baby Barash #3(!?) coming in June! Tennessee, keep bringin’ the blessings.”
Barash is known for playing Stefan/Jake DiMera on Days of Our Lives, while to GH fans, he is recognized for the role of Johnny Zacharra. He is also a part of the Days player band.
Congratulations to the entire Barash family on this amazing new addition!
