Beloved actress, Mary Tyler Moore has reportedly died. The actress who is well known for many TV roles passed away at age 80 on January 25th, 2017 reports Entertainment Weekly. She played the consummately cute wife, Laura Petrie on The Dick Van Dyke Show and the plucky single gal on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. 
In a statement Mara Buxbaum, Moore’s longtime representative shared, “Today, beloved icon, Mary Tyler Moore, passed away at the age of 80 in the company of friends and her loving husband of over 33 years, Dr. S. Robert Levine. A groundbreaking actress, producer, and passionate advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Mary will be remembered as a fearless visionary who turned the world on with her smile.”
Moore was a trained dancer whose role on The Dyck Van Dyke show won her two Emmys. It is very sad that we have to report of her death – she will be greatly missed but forever remembered. May her soul rest in peace!
