Soap opera veteran Robin Strasser has been singing the praises of Beyond the Gates and it’s about time they hire her for a role on the show!

Strasser, best known for her work on various soap operas like Passions, One Life to Live, and Days of our Lives, has often voiced her opinion on matters on the X platform. Since the premiere of soaps’ newest Beyond the Gates, she has sung the praises of the glorious fast-paced storytelling and high-style fashion, which we and almost any fan of the show can agree on.

When one fan suggested Strasser should be on General Hospital, she humorously responded, “I CAN HEAR @valentinifrank SHOUTING “NO” FROM HERE-where I am also shouting NO! The Hospital is FULL!”

But the next part of her response caught the attention of many: “I’d rather beat at the Gates (#BeyondTheGates😉 They’d eventually open up for an Older White Lady in a GAWGEOUS outfit! I LOVE HIGH STYLE STRUTTING- apparently so do audiences:).”

She later mentioned, “There’s no denying I’m drawn to high stakes emotion & high fashion:) I signed up for #Paramount+ so I could watch #BeyondTheGates at any time. Strong characters & fast paced stories just grab you!:) #ABCTV once had #AMC & #OLTL AND #GH-An A+Trifecta!” She’s right! GH is flying solo as the only soap opera on the ABC daytime programming block.

We can think of a number of roles Robin Strasser could play on Beyond the Gates—perhaps an old friend of Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) or maybe even a formidable nemesis. What do you think? Would you like to see her on the show? (Photo: JPI)
