CBS just dropped some amazing news, TRACKER, starring Justin Hartley has been renewed for a second (2) season in the 2024-2025 lineup! This show is crushing it – it’s the top show on TV based on Nielsen’s Most Current Data.
Tracker Renewed for Season Two (2) on CBS
The premiere episode, which aired right after the Super Bowl on Feb. 11, has already been watched by a whopping 30 million people on multiple platforms. This makes it the #1 show on Paramount+ in February. Since its Super Bowl debut, TRACKER has been pulling in an average of nearly 16 million viewers across platforms. This makes it the most-watched new series since YOUNG SHELDON in 2017/18 (16.49m viewers) and the most-watched new drama since 2014/15’s EMPIRE (17.33m viewers). Way to go, TRACKER!
Tracker Is Hitting Big In the Ratings
TRACKER has improved its regular Sunday, 9:00 PM time period by +83% year over year. Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment said, “TRACKER kicked off our premiere week with a ratings bang and has kept the momentum going. We knew we had something special when we saw the very first cut of the series and the overwhelming audience response confirms it. About Tracker: Season 2 Is Coming!
The series features Justin Hartley in the lead role as Colter Shaw. Colter is a resourceful survivalist who traverses the nation in pursuit of bounties, utilizing his exceptional tracking abilities to assist individuals and law enforcement in unraveling various enigmas. This is all while grappling with his own complex family dynamics. This adaptation is derived from the widely acclaimed novel The Never Game penned by Jeffery Deaver. Executive producers for the series include Justin Hartley, Ken Olin, Elwood Reid, and Ben Winters.
