Colin Egglesfield Reveals New Role

Before deleting the post, Egglesfield shared a carousel of images on Instagram with the caption, “Can’t say what I’m working on but you’ll find out soon-ish.”

If the rumors turn out to be true, this would mark Egglesfield’s first time on a daytime soap opera in 17 years.

The actor has a wealth of drama experience, having starred as Auggie Kirkpatrick on The CW’s Melrose Place reboot and Dex in the hit film Something Borrowed.

He has also been an open and vocal inspiration off-screen, recently sharing his journey as a three-time cancer survivor after overcoming battles with both testicular and prostate cancer.
