Days of Our Lives Recap: EJ Ensures that Tate Is Arrested

What happened today on Days of Our Lives: Xander asks Sarah to move in with him. Tripp shares disappointing news with Wendy as she packs for China. Tate’s bail has been revoked and everyone learns EJ was responsible. Theresa and Brady try to comfort and reassure their frightened son.

Xander greets Sarah and tells her that he would have brought her breakfast in bed. He mentions that he would have knocked first and not barged in, but Sarah says she wouldn’t mind. Sarah thanks him for letting her stay the night. Xander is relieved that Victoria has a doctor for a mother, considering how sick she was last night. He apologizes to Sarah for ruining her New Year’s plans, but Sarah tells him that she wouldn’t say it was ruined. While they talk, Victoria starts crying and Xander leaves to attend to her.

Sarah and Xander talk about which accent they want Victoria to have. Sarah then says she should get dressed and leave his apartment to let him be. After getting dressed, Sarah offers to help Xander with the dishes, but he tells her to forget about that. He proceeds to say that now that Chloe has moved out, there is a spare room, and asks Sarah if she would consider moving in permanently with their daughter.

Sarah doesn’t know what to say but reminds Xander that Konstantin is staying with her mom, and she doesn’t really trust him. Xander wonders if Sarah is just looking for a reason to say no. Sarah acknowledges that maybe she is. They talk about how amazing the kiss was on New Year’s Eve. She admits she is scared they are going too fast, but Xander promises that if she moves in, he will respect her boundaries. Eventually, Sarah agrees to give it a shot as Xander hands her the keys.
