Spoilers for Days of Our Lives on November 2, 2023: Gabi asks Li for help. Eric admits he has feelings for Nicole. Uninvited guests crash EJ and Nicole’s wedding. Holly blurts out her feelings to Johnny.
Days of Our Lives Episode Recap November 2, 2023: Married and Fired
Days Recap Today
Nicole gets Eric’s attention in the Square and brings him out of his flashback to Johnny telling him that EJ and Nicole are getting married today. She asks him where he was and he tells her that he was thinking about her and that he knows today is her wedding day. She tells him that it is and they talk about Holly’s reservations about her marrying EJ. She tells him that Holly misses him and he says that he misses her too.
Eric asks if she would still be marrying EJ if the baby was his and Nicole admits that she probably wouldn’t. She tells him that she thinks the fact that EJ is the father of her baby and that she will finally get to give birth to a healthy child is a sign that they belong together. She tells him that she does love EJ though and Eric says that if she is happy then he is happy for her.
Nicole asks about the adoption and he tells her that it is going forward but will take a while. She tells him that if he is happy then she is happy for him and then starts to walk away, trying not to cry. Eric stops her and wishes her luck, both of them very emotional as they part.
Days Recap Today
Eric goes to Marlena’s office at the hospital and asks if they can talk. He tells her that Nicole is marrying EJ today and she can tell that he is emotional about it. They talk and she asks if the baby had been his would he have reunited with Nicole. He very quickly answers, “In a heartbeat.” She questions him about Sloan and he tells her that he is happy with Sloan but admits to still loving Nicole as well. Marlena advises him to search his heart and be sure he wants to fully commit to a life with Sloan before marrying her.
Days Recap Today
Stefan meets Rolf in the park and thanks him for coming. He tells him that he needs his help to blackmail Li and Rolf asks why he should help him. Stefan points out that Rolf helped Megan and Li try to kill him and Rolf counters that he kept him alive for years and never even got a thank you. Stefan thanks Rolf and tells him that Stefano would support what he is trying to do. He explains that he wants to blackmail Li to sign over his shares of DiMera which would put the shares back in the family’s control. Rolf agrees to help him for Stefano.

Li gets home and calls Wendy in a panic, asking for her help. He then remembers that she works at the Salem PD now and tells her to forget it before hanging up. He is determined to find Gabi himself but when he opens his door to leave, Rolf is standing there. Li questions why he is in Salem and Rolf tells him that Megan sent him. Li tells him that he doesn’t have time for this because Gabi has been kidnapped and he has to save her.
Rolf tells Li that Megan is the one who kidnapped Gabi to use her to get control of the company. Rolf reminds Li that he helped Megan in her attempts to have Stefan killed and Li admits it but says he was wrong to do it. He tells Rolf that he is working on getting over Gabi with Marlena’s help but Rolf is skeptical of it working. Li is shocked when Gabi comes in and tells him that she wasn’t kidnapped, she tricked him.
Li doesn’t understand why she did this until Stefan comes in and plays the recording of Li admitted to being a part of the attempt on his life. They tell Li that they can either give it to the police or he can sign over his DiMera shares to them. Li reluctantly signs over the shares before angrily throwing them out of his apartment and vowing to get revenge.
