Jack’s Back in Salem
Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) is back in Salem, and apparently he isn’t coming alone! He’s got two little ones in tow—Thomas and Charlotte (who, as reported, are now being played by fresh new faces Cole Gersmeyer and Pippa Blaylock). But Jack’s return to Salem doesn’t just stop with the kiddos or catching up with Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes). In fact, he goes out of his way to reach out to Gwen (Emily O’Brien)!
The last time he was in town, he sure made her feel some type of way… emotionally, that is. He told her point-blank that he wanted to be a real father to her—and honestly, as he should! After all, he is her dad, and he missed out on way too many years of her life. Despite how downright terrible and manipulative she can be at times, Jack is ready to play the role of the devoted dad… or at least, give it his absolute best shot.
Julie Grills Chad & Javi Seeks Advice
Meanwhile, Julie questions Chad’s (Conner Floyd) plans. Clearly, those two need to have a serious sit-down! But what’s the big point of contention here? Is it about his tricky dynamic with Belle (Martha Madison), or is it about that trip to Italy that he probably should have taken with her in the first place?
Elsewhere in Salem, Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) gives Javi (Jacob Martinez) some sharp advice when it comes to Leo (Greg Rikaart). Hmmm… is Javi actually considering rekindling things with his ex? It certainly sounds like it might be on the table!
Philip’s Pitch & Salem Romance
