JJ Presses Jeremy as Julie Steps In
Coming up on Days of Our Lives, the promo video kicks off with JJ confronting Jeremy.
Jeremy insists on his innocence, but JJ points out the obvious problem. Jeremy has now been accused of trying to kill Alex twice. That’s not something JJ can ignore.
Julie quickly steps in and tells JJ that he simply cannot believe Jeremy is capable of something like that. JJ admits he doesn’t want to believe it either, but the facts are hard to overlook.
Rafe Closes In on Liam
Meanwhile, Rafe confronts Liam. Rafe knows Liam was hired to help with Theo’s kidnapping, and he’s determined to get answers. That’s why Liam ends up at the Salem PD, identifying a sketch of the man who hired him. Whether Liam is telling everything he knows is still very much up in the air.
Gwen Gets Reassurance
Elsewhere, Gwen checks in with her new partner in crime, Vivian. Vivian assures her that everything is going according to plan, and that’s more than enough to put a smile on Gwen’s face.
In other news, EJ reminds Johnny that the baby his wife is carrying is a DiMera. Johnny fires back with a reminder of his own. The son he already has is a DiMera, too.
Salem Prepares to Honor Stefano
Next, those who loved and hated Stefano DiMera begin preparing for his memorial. EJ insists that despite his father’s many flaws, he loved them deeply. He makes it clear that the DiMera legacy isn’t going anywhere. “The House of DiMera will not fall,” EJ declares.
