Here’s what’s coming up on Days of Our Lives for Wednesday, January 21, 2026. From a book club to an encouragement, you can’t afford to miss it. Fans can expect Jeremy to encourage Thomas while Cat opens up to her sister. Soap Opera News has the scoop!

A Crucial Custody Conversation

Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) never approved of Chad’s (Billy Flynn) relationship with Cat (AnnaLynne McCord). She fought him hard over it and even threatened to take the kids away. At one point, she was determined to move Thomas (Cary Christopher) and Charlotte (Autumn Gendron) back to Boston. That is what ultimately sparked the custody battle in the first place.

Now, things may look a little different. Chad has ended things with Cat, which could change the tone of the conversation moving forward.

In the upcoming episode, Jack (Matthew Ashord) and Jennifer sit down with Chad to discuss custody arrangements for Thomas and Charlotte. Whether the three can reach a mutual agreement remains to be seen.

Jeremy Encourages Thomas

Meanwhile, Thomas is feeling the full weight of the situation. He’s convinced himself that the conflict is his fault. Jeremy (Michael Roark) steps in to offer some encouragement, but will his words be enough to convince the young man that he isn’t to blame?
