Stephanie Explodes at Alex

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) kicked off the new year happy, in love, and now engaged. Sounds perfect, right? Well, trouble is already brewing. Spoilers say Stephanie is about to explode at Alex, and we’re wondering, what did he do this time?

The last time we saw Alex, he had approached Xander (Paul Telfer) and made it very clear that Stephanie would not be going on any book tour. Instead, he wants her to stay in Salem and focus on writing another novel. Translation? No book tour. Could that be what sets Stephanie off? It’s very possible, especially since Alex made that call all on his own, without Stephanie’s input. That kind of move rarely ends well.

Theo Grapples with Reality

Elsewhere, Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) is struggling with the reality of being a DiMera. After everything he has been through, including being kidnapped, locked in the family crypt, and having his life put in danger, he is forced to really think about what it means to have DiMera blood running through his veins.

Kristen’s Proposal, Gabi’s Plan, and Belle’s Development

Meanwhile, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) makes a proposal to Rafe (Galen Gering). Could this have something to do with her brother, Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier), who has finally woken up from his coma?

Days spoilers for January 8, 2026, also reveal that Belle (Martha Madison) and Chad (Billy Flynn) agree to help each other move on. Is that a healthy step forward, or a recipe for more complications? And finally, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) make some plans of their own.
