Heartbreak
Stephanie (Abigail Klein) learns that Everett (Blake Berris) is out of Bayview, and immediately she wants to see him for herself — for one, to ensure that he’s not Bobby. So she goes over to his place, and Bobby pretends to be Everett.
Stephanie’s over the moon, but then he starts acting all distant. She was clearly hopeful that they would pick up right where they left off, but then he hits her with the bombshell that he’s not looking to date and just wants to focus on his mental health. So, Stephanie’s heartbroken, because her dreams of a happily ever after with Everett just went up in smoke.

Meanwhile, it’s time for a soap within a soap. Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Abe (James Reynolds) are on a mission to secure the rights to Body & Soul, and Paulina (Jackee Harry) is totally on board with Abe’s new business venture once she finds out about it. Elsewhere, Kate chats with Chad (Billy Flynn) and presents him with an offer to invest in this soap. Will Chad go for it?
