Abe (James Reynolds) and Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) are team players when it comes to spoiling the leading lady in their lives. Knowing Lexie (Nikki Crawford) missed out on fourteen years, the guys pull out all the stops to make up for lost time.
They are about to catch the Carver queen off guard with a stunning surprise. A necklace, perhaps? Little do they know, Lexie’s mind is somewhat elsewhere as she continues to juggle her secret swap plan with Kristen (Stacy Haiduk).
The Hunt for Gwen
Meanwhile, Leo (Greg Rikaart) is in full freak-out mode, and his next impulse is taking him straight out of town. Convinced that Dimitri (Peter Porte) holds the key to where Gwen really is, Leo desperately scrambles to pack his bags and track down answers in Alamainia.
While Leo is panicking, Chad (Conner Floyd) takes a much more calculated approach. Chad meets up with Rafe (Galen Gering) to give him a full rundown on the latest developments regarding Gwen (Emily O’Brien). Rafe listens closely, trying to connect the dots before something terrible happens to her.
Javi and Gus Map Out the Future
Days spoilers for July 31 also tease that Javi (Jacob Martinez) and Gus (Michael Ocampo) take a moment away from the chaos to sit down and discuss what the future looks like for them as a couple.
Their chat comes right on the heels of Gus having an awkward run-in with Leo, who begged Gus to pass along a message telling his ex, Javi, that he will always love him. Whether that emotional plea shakes up Javi’s perspective remains to be seen.

And last but not least… EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Kristen manage to stop trading barbs long enough to share a rare moment of genuine honesty. These two siblings hardly ever get along and have been at serious odds lately, making this exchange even more surprising.
