EJ and Chad Find a New Way to Push Each Other’s Buttons
If there’s one thing EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Chad (Billy Flynn) have always had a talent for, it’s getting under each other’s skin.
This time, however, the DiMera brothers are making each other jealous.
EJ has something brewing with Cat (AnnaLynne McCord), who just happens to be Chad’s ex. At the same time, Chad has something romantic going on with Belle (Martha Madison), who happens to be EJ’s ex.
See what we mean?
It’s a complicated situation, but this is Salem. Complicated relationships practically come with the territory.
Still, EJ and Chad know exactly how to push each other’s buttons. Whether it’s through their words or their actions, neither brother seems interested in taking the high road.
Gabi Tells Leo to Back Off
Meanwhile, Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) has had enough of Leo’s latest antics.
Leo (Greg Rikaart) loves a good scoop. It’s what he lives for. More importantly, it’s his job.
The problem is that Gabi isn’t interested in becoming part of his next headline.
She’s also not thrilled about Leo poking around in Javi’s (Al Calderon) orbit and asking questions where they don’t belong.
As a result, Gabi doesn’t waste any time putting Leo in his place. She makes it crystal clear that he needs to back off and mind his own business.
Whether Leo actually listens is another story! He rarely does!
Salem’s Day of Confessions and Apologies
Elsewhere in Salem, several residents find themselves facing difficult conversations.
According to Days spoilers, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) apologizes to Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews). He knows that Gabi blamed Theo for ousting her, even though Theo had nothing to do with it. Philip wants to set the record straight and make amends.
At the same time, Xander (Paul Telfer) has a confession of his own.
He admits to Johnny (Carson Boatman) that he worked with Kate (Lauren Koslow) to set him up for a major fall. It’s something that has weighed on him, and now he’s ready to come clean.
More importantly, Xander wants Johnny to know that he’s genuinely sorry.
Whether Johnny accepts the apology remains to be seen, but Xander is finally taking responsibility for his actions.
