Lexie Wants to Meet Paulina

Abe’s (James Reynolds) world was completely turned upside down the moment Lexie (Nikki Crawford) walked in alive and interrupted Stefano’s will reading.

Almost nobody saw that coming.

Especially not Abe.

After all, Abe spent years married to Lexie and never truly got over her death. Even after all this time, part of him still carried that heartbreak.

So now that Lexie is suddenly back from the dead, Abe is overwhelmed with emotion. He is happy, grateful, and probably still trying to process the shock of it all.

As spoilers for May 19 reveal, Abe takes a moment to thank EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) for what he has done.

Now, Abe and EJ have definitely had their issues over the years, so seeing Abe genuinely appreciative is a pretty big deal.

Still, given the role EJ apparently played in helping bring Lexie back into Abe’s life, it makes sense that Abe feels deeply grateful right now.

Meanwhile, Lexie wastes no time getting caught up on everything she has missed while she was gone.

That includes learning about Paulina (Jackee Harry), the woman who has become a major part of Abe’s life.

And once Lexie hears about her, she immediately makes a demand.

She wants to meet Paulina.

Needless to say, that meeting has the potential to get awkward.

Theo Opens Up to Gabi

Elsewhere, Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) spends some time opening up to Gabi (Cherie Jimenez), who also witnessed Lexie’s shocking return.

Of course, Theo has a lot on his mind right now, and understandably so. Seeing his mother alive again after believing she was gone for so many years would leave anyone emotionally overwhelmed.

That is why it is probably a good thing Theo has someone like Gabi there to talk things through with.

Romance and Support Elsewhere in Salem

In other Salem news, Days spoilers for May 19 tease that Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) checks in on Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins), while Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie (Abigail Klein) manage to steal a romantic moment together.
